Do not use the guest rooms for purposes other than intended without authorization.

Do not light fire in the passage or guest rooms for heating or cooking.

To prevent fire, refrain from smoking on bed, in non-smoking rooms, and in any other places prone to catch fire.

The equipment and articles in guest rooms are strictly meant for the guests staying in the Hotel. Hence, inside the guest rooms, use of such equipment and articles by outsiders is prohibited.

Be careful not to move the articles in the guest rooms from their fixed places without permission.

Do not change the position of the gadgets and fixtures in the guest rooms without permission.

Do not bring the following inside the hotel premises:

Things giving off foul smell

​Articles exceeding the normal amount that can be carried into a hotel

Any other articles that may pose a threat to the safety of other guests staying in the Rooms

Guns, swords, Explosives, or articles containing volatile oils that may ignite or catch fire

Do not scream, sing loudly, or create loud noises by any other actions inside the Hotel or guest rooms, as it may disturb or annoy other guests staying in the room.

Refrain from engaging into gambling or acts that violate public order and morals inside the guest rooms.

Do not distribute advertisement goods or sell articles to the other guests or collect donation or signatures from them inside the premises, without proper permission.

Note that we may refuse stay to patients suffering from an illness that may cause discomfort of any kind to the other guests inside the Rooms

Do not leave your personal belongings in the passages or the lobby.
​

Any acts of photography that may bother the other guests in the Premises or rooms are strictly prohibited .

Any personal meetings should be held in the lobby only.
Privacy Policy
We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a form or make a booking. Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional. While booking on our site, you may be asked to enter your: Name, E-mail address, Mailing address, Phone number or Credit/Debit Card information. You may however, visit our site anonymously.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Cancellation Policy

We strictly follow NO REFUND POLICY.

We will be providing full credits on any cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the arrival/check-in date & time. You will be able to avail of the credited amount for any future bookings at our property.

If informed within 7 days of the standard check-in time (11 AM), the entire amount shall be adjusted against the cancellation fee.

In case we are unable to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances like Pandemic or Lockdown or Natural Calamity or Govt. Order, We will be providing full credits. You will be able to avail of the credited amount for any future booking at our property.

Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is subject to availability of accommodation/facility.

Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is allowed only once. Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation and neither any credits.

The validity of full credits is 3 months from the date of cancellation.
​

Transfer of booking to a Third person is not accepted.

All Refunds exclude any transaction charges or taxes already paid on the transaction as those are irrecoverable by us. Any review/reconsideration of the above cancellation/refund terms will be at the discretion of the management based on specific situations and occupancy levels during the booking period.
